Olive Oil Factory Parthenon


Olive Oil Factory Parthenon is located 3 km outside the traditional village of Parthenon, in the heart of an area rich in history and olive-growing heritage. We are a small, family-owned business dedicated to the production of high-quality olive oil.

The factory was built in 1995 by Konstantinos Anagnostoudis, who laid the foundations of the business with respect for the land and the olive tree. In 2005, the factory was passed on to his daughter, Iro, who continues the family tradition with the same values, care, and commitment to quality.

For us, olive oil is more than just a product. It is a symbol of heritage, family, and a way of life. From harvesting the olives to cold extraction and final packaging, every stage of the production process is carefully supervised to ensure authenticity and excellence.

By combining traditional methods with modern technology, we preserve the natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional value of our olive oil. Quality, transparency, and dedication remain at the heart of everything we do, as we proudly produce pure, high-quality olive oil that reflects the Greek countryside and our family's legacy.

Our Work

Our production journey begins at the very start of the olive harvest season. In October, the careful hand-picking of the olives takes place, selecting only healthy and perfectly ripened fruit from the trees.

In November, the freshly harvested olives are transferred to our factory for cold extraction, a crucial stage where timing and precision are essential. By processing the olives shortly after harvesting, we ensure that their natural aromas, flavor, and valuable nutritional properties are fully preserved.

The production process continues through the winter months and is completed in February, after thorough quality control and careful storage. This patient and meticulous approach allows the olive oil to naturally mature and stabilize, ensuring clarity, balance, and consistency.

By respecting the natural rhythm of the olive tree and allowing each stage the time it deserves, we are able to offer you olive oil of the highest quality, distinguished by its freshness, purity, and authentic character.

Unsere jährliche Anlaufstelle zum Kauf von leckerem Olivenöl direkt vom Fass. Man kann probieren und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Preis / Leistung ist sehr angemessen. Mitten in den Olivenhainen gelegen, geht es kaum authentischer! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf nächstes Jahr. PS: Die ebenfalls dort erhältliche Olivenseife ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.
